Midwest Bale Ties, Inc. was formed by a group of former Mid-States Wire employees in the later part of 1998 to provide quality wire products for baling various commodities and related uses.

In December 1998, we bought three spooler's from Mid-States. These spooler's are capable of producing INDUSTRIAL BALER WIRE, AGRICULTURAL BALER WIRE, 70-80 lb REWOUND COILS, Also U-SHAPED COILS. Production of Industrial Baler Wire began in December 1998.

Attempts to buy Mid-States bale tie machines were unsuccessful. After considering several alternatives, we decided to build its own BALE TIE machines.
