Randy Francis—President: a 26 year employee of Mid-States has been a bale tie operator
for a number of years. He is also an experienced businessman having operated a small
farm for some time.
John Kendricks—Vice President: worked 23 years as an operator in several Mid-States
departments., including bale ties. His last position at Mid-States was General Foreman
of the department that included bale ties and baler wire spooling.
