We package our single looped bale ties in 3 different ways:

• Our first and most common packaging would be coiled and stacked inside a gaylord box which is secured on top of a standard sizes pallet. This packaging allows us to transport the maximum amount of volume and makes storage easier for the customer.
• We also do our single looped bale ties coiled and banded to a pallet. This packaging would be mainly used for orders under 15 bundles or less.
• Lastly, we sometimes package and ship straight and loose in master bundles of 5. This packaging is typically for customers with specific storage constraints and often adds cost to the freight because of the irregular shape of the package.

Our shortest custom made bale tie is 3 foot and the longest bale tie we have manufactured is 23 feet.

To the look and touch, galvanized bale ties have a smooth metallic look and feel while black annealed bale ties are more oily with dull dark coloring. Functionality wise, black annealed bale ties tend to have a much higher rate of elongation making baling materials with a higher rate of expansion easier though they do not respond well to exposure to the elements. Galvanized bale ties, the most common type of bale ties, have a slightly lower elongation rate but can be stored outside without compromising the integrity of the wire. Generally speaking, galvanized bale ties are cleaner to use and have little to no residue transfer unlike the black annealed finish.
